Call To Action: 50-State Protest To Support Obama Impeachment

Fellow Citizens,

This Saturday, February 16th, from 11 am to 1 pm in your respective time zone, there is a 50-State capital protest against President Obama as a result of his actionable, impeachable offenses listed below. This president has continuously decided that The Constitution and the individual Rights and Liberties afforded us, as per the Founding Father documents, do not apply when attempting to rule this Country. Congressman Steve Stockman (R-TX) has called for the Impeachment process to commence, based on the following issues:

  • Lying to the US Citizens concerning Benghazi, resulting in the deaths of four Americans, including the Ambassador to Libya, Chris Stevens.
  • Allowing for the investigation of the illegal gun-running scandal (known as Fast and Furious) associated with the DoJ, ATF, and FBI to be stonewalled by claiming Executive Privilege.
  • By violating article 1, section 9, clause 8 of the Constitution by accepting rotating status as chairman of the United Nations Security Council. The clause states, “No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States; and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall without consent of Congress accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.”
  • Has issued Executive Orders to circumvent Congressional votes or decisions associated with Internet access under the guise of “national security”.
  • He has violated the Constitution’s Takings and Due Process Clauses when he bullied the secured creditors of automaker Chrysler into accepting 30 cents on the dollar while politically connected labor unions and preferential others received better deals.
  • Supported and signed the NDAA, which calls for using regular US Army as law enforcement (removal of posse comitatus) and indefinite detention of US Citizens without due process of law (removal of habeus corpus).
  • Supplies known Al-Qaeda “rebels” with weapons in regime change “foreign policy” actions, drawing the US into illegal wars that subsequently cause targeting of US Citizens domestically and abroad. This support of foreign country terrorism and regime change has happened in Libya, Egypt, Mali, Algeria and Syria during this president’s term.
  • Supports, initiates and maintains a drone “kill list” of which US Citizens are a part. Has executed US Citizens, such as Anwar Al-Alaki and his 16 yo son under the premise that Al-Alaki was supporting terrorism. A recent memo was released where the process of adding US Citizens to the list was described as a legal case. Quoting the memo: “The condition that an operational  leader present an ‘imminent’ threat of violent attack against the United States does not require the United States to have clear evidence that a specific attack on U.S. persons and interests will take place in the immediate future.”
  • Undermined the war powers of Congress, called out in Article I, Section 8, Clause 11 (“To declare War, …”) by insisting that his authority to conduct war operations come from the National Security Council.
  • Signing the reauthorization of The Patriot Act, the post-9/11 legislation allowing for unchecked spying on the American People, again, under the guise of “national security” and the “War on Terror”.

 

These are all impeachable offenses, as per Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution (“The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”) by themselves, but together they represent behavior that is showing no signs that this is due to an honest mistake or lack of intelligent thought. These actions are Socialist in nature, with a general aura of tyranny and dictatorship and are carried out with forethought and no consideration for the Common Citizen. We are a Republic, based on individual Rights and Liberties, and this president has acted willfully and incrementally away from that basic methodology and it is past time for us, as US Citizens concerned about our Country’s direction, to stand up and show that we DO NOT support this end goal.
